February 29, 2008 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 007-08 SUBJECT : Creation of Alphanumeric Tax Code (ATC) of Selected Revenue Source under the Tax Forms Enhancement Program TO : All Collection Agents, Revenue District Officers and Other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned I. Objective : To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of Tax Amnesty payments pursuant to Republic Act No. 9480, "An Act Enhancing Revenue Administration and Collection by Granting an Amnesty on All Unpaid Internal Revenue Taxes Imposed by the National Government for Taxable Year 2005 and Prior Years," and for Integrated Tax System purposes, the following ATC is hereby created: KIND OF TAX ISSUANCE/ BIR ATC LEGAL BASIS/ FORM REASONS NO. Miscellaneous Taxes Tax Amnesty Payment on All Unpaid R.A. No. 9480 0617 MC300 Internal Revenue Taxes Imposed by the National Government for Taxable Year 2005 and Prior Years II. Repealing Clause: This Revenue Memorandum Order revises portions of all other issuances inconsistent herewith. III. Effectivity : This Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.)
