June 22, 2021 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 82-2021 SUBJECT : Absence of Confirmation/Acknowledge Email After Uploading of Documents to eAFS System TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned There are reported incidents that, due to technical issues in the Bureau's electronic Audited Financial Statements (eAFS) System, certain taxpayers fail to receive confirmation/acknowledgment emails for scanned copies of documents uploaded to the said system. For this reason, these taxpayers cannot present to other offices, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), any proof of its submission to this Bureau. Accordingly, in lieu of the confirmation/acknowledgement email, copies of screenshots from the eAFS clearly showing the details contained in each screenshot, illustrated as follows: are hereby considered sufficient as proof of submission to this Bureau by the concerned taxpayer of the documents described in the screenshots.
