November 4, 1999 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 76-99 SUBJECT : 12th Master in Development Management (MDM Program at the Asian Institute of Management) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, and Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of revenue officials and employees, quoted hereunder is a Memorandum from Undersecretary Solomon S. Cua dated October 14, 1999: cdlex "This is to inform that this Department has been invited by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) to send participants to the above mentioned Program. The MDM is an eleven month intensive degree program which is exclusively designed for Asian development executives and practitioners for government, NGO's, cooperative and private non-profit firms. The course is divided into different modules, namely: Module One Assessment, Module Two Strategic and Operational Management, Module Three Sustainability, Institutionalization and Enrichment. The program will start on 05 June 2000. Applicants must: have at least six years work experience, with a minimum of three years as a supervisor or manager; be a bachelor's degree or its equivalent; have experience in development programs, projects or institutions (public and private), although not required; and have proficiency in oral and written English. The total program fee of $10,800.00 covers tuition and other program fees, however, AIM provides grants-in-aid equivalent to 50% waiver on the tuition fee for accepted government employees. Prospective participants shall be responsible for their own funding or they may wish to seek Scholarship assistance from donor agencies. Interested parties may secure copies of the invitation and brochure from Mrs. Carmen Nepacina, DOF Central Records Management Division.
