December 19, 2005 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 76-05 SUBJECT : Burned One (1) Pad of Unused BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the burned one (1) pad of unused BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the following serial numbers: ROR200400540401-ROR200400540450 The alleged burning of the abovementioned forms was reported by Ms. Helen Juanico-Herrada, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue Region No. 18, Cotabato City, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
