May 18, 2022 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 71-2022 SUBJECT : Circularizing DTI-D SW D-NCSC-NCDA-DOH-BIR-DILG J M C 01-2022, Entitled "Guidelines on the Provision of the Mandatory S tatutor y Benefits and Privileges of the Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities on Their Purchases Through Online (E-Commerce) and Phone Call/SMS" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees, and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned, attached as Annex "A" hereof is the copy of DTI-DSWD-NCSC-NCDA-DOH-BIR-DILG JMC 01-2022, entitled "GUIDELINES ON THE PROVISION OF THE MANDATORY STATUTORY BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES OF THE SENIOR CITIZENS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ON THEIR PURCHASES THROUGH ONLINE (E-COMMERCE) AND PHONE CALL/SMS."
