October 7, 1999 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 67-99 SUBJECT : Management Aptitude Test Battery (MATB) TO : All Incumbents of CES Positions and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all revenue officials, quoted hereunder is Department of Finance Memorandum dated September 20, 1999: "Enclosed herewith is letter dated 13 September 1999 of the Executive Director, Career Executive Service Board, informing of the conduct of a monthly Management Aptitude Test Battery (MATB) every second Friday of the month, exclusive for incumbents of Career Executive Service (CES) positions. Applications may be filed a week before the specific schedule an examinee may wish to participate in. Aside from this, a nationwide examination is likewise scheduled on 12 December 1999 which is open even to Division Chiefs in the National Government Offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs). The deadline for filing of applications will be on 26 November 1999. Please be guided accordingly. (Sgd.) MA. ELEANOR F.
