November 29, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 67-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Resumption of the Issuance of the Original Revenue Strip Stamps of the P25.00 per M, 20's at P0.50 For the information and guidance of all concerned, it is hereby announced that starting December 2nd, 1974, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will resume the issuance of the original strip stamps for cigarettes, printed by the Government Printing and Mint Agency of the Republic of Korea. The stamps are serially numbered and the wording in the Wikang Pambansa.
