December 11, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 67-73 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Issuance of Foreign Printed Cigarette Strip Stamps Under the P26.40/M Class, Denomination P0.528, in Lieu of the P25.00/M Class, Denomination P0.50 It is hereby announced that starting on December 12, 1973, foreign printed cigarette strip stamps as described hereunder will be issued for affixture to cigarettes subject to the P25.00/M class prescribed under Section 137(b) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 149: From To P26.40/M-20's, P0.528 denomination P25.00/M-20's, P0.50 den. Above-described cigarette strip stamps are printed by the Thomas de la Rue, England. This matter should be given as wide publicity as possible. cdta MISAEL P.
