November 24, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 66-72 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Fifty (50) Pieces of Residence Certificate Class "B" (BIR Form No. 9.02), Bearing Serial Nos. 225051 to 225100, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of fifty (50) pieces of Residence Certificate Class "B", to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 225051 to 225100 Fifty (50) pieces The above Residence Certificates were discovered lost while in the personal custody of BENJAMIN S. MENDOZA, the then Municipal Treasurer of San Guillermo, Isabela, and, presently, the Municipal Treasurer of Dinapigue, Isabela. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Residence Certificate is found, taking necessary steps, in the meantime, to prevent the improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof. aisa dc MISAEL P.
