November 26, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 65-79 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of One (l) Set of Revenue Tax Receipt (CB RCO 02.02) bearing Serial No. 1355961 Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) set of Revenue Tax Receipt, to wit: Serial No. Quantity 1355961 One (l) set The above Revenue Tax Receipt was reported to the Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 8, Tacloban City as missing or lost sometime between August 31 and September 3, 1979 by MARIANO C. PEDRAZA, JR., Revenue Collection Agent of Catbalogan, Samar. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipt is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
