October 9, 2003 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 65-03 SUBJECT : Missing One (1) Duplicate Copy of Unused BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing one (1) duplicate copy of an unused Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 2524) with the hereunder stated serial number, to wit: aICcHA ROR200301004598 The abovementioned form was reported as missing by MS. SONIA M. ATIP, of BIR-Administrative Division, Revenue Region No. 14, Candahug, Palo, Leyte, and has consequently been canceled. All official transactions involving the use of said form is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid form is found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
