November 21, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 62-73 TO : All Officials and Employees of this Bureau and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all concerned, there is quoted hereunder Memorandum Circular No. 679 of the Honorable, the Executive Secretary, dated November 19, 1973, which is self-explanatory: "TANGGAPAN NG PANGULO NG PILIPINAS (Office of the President of the Philippines) "MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 679 "DIRECTING ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AND THE OFFICERS AND MEN OF THE ARMED FORCES TO SUBMIT THROUGH THEIR OFFICE/UNIT HEADS LAND OWNERSHIP DECLARATION "In view of the declared policy of the state to emancipate rice and corn tenant farmers and the reports received which tend to show that tenanted rice and/or corn land are owned by employees of the National Government and/or by officers and/or men of the Armed Forces, it is necessary that an accurate information in this regard be obtained. "All employees of the National Government and all the officers and men of the Armed Forces, therefore, are hereby directed to submit through their respective heads of offices/units two copies of their land ownership declaration in accordance with the attached form prescribed for this purpose, not later than 24 November 1973. "All office heads and commanding officers of the major services of the Armed Forces shall transmit all properly accomplished forms to the National Computer Center, at Camp Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City for computer processing of the information not later than noon on 24 November 1973. "This Circular shall take effect immediately. "By Authority of the President: "(SGD.) ALEJANDRO MELCHOR Executive Secretary" All officials and employees of this Bureau are hereby directed to accomplish the attached forms, if they are owners of agricultural land, and the same to be submitted to this Office, Attn.: The Chief, Personnel Divisions.
