November 6, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 61-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Recovery of one pad of fifty sets of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) with Serial Nos. F 2089801-2089850, inclusive Serial Number Quantity F-208980l-2089850 one pad of fifty sets Mr. ABDON M. MENDIGORIN, Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 11, Naga City reported to this office the recovery of one pad of fifty sets of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form 25.24). It is stated in his report that the lost pad was returned to his office by mail with no part of said official receipts being lost. This revokes Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 23, dated April 3, 1974 announcing the loss of the same. This notice is hereby given in order that persons concerned may be informed of the recovery of the above-mentioned accountable forms. cdtai MISAEL P.
