November 6, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 61-73 SUBJECT : Loss of Five (5) Pieces of Tax Payment Acceptance Order Receipts (TPAO) Bearing Serial Nos. 1106546 to 1106550 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Other Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of five (5) pieces of TPAO receipts, to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 1106546 to 1106550 five (5) pieces T he above-mentioned Tax Payment Acceptance Order receipts' (TPAO) loss was reported by Revenue Examiner Odon R. De Guia, circumstances of which were stated in his Memorandum for the Revenue District Officer, RR 7, North Manila. This matter should be given wide publicity, specifically to banks receiving payments thru TPAO receipts. All concerned are hereby enjoined to be guided accordingly. aisa dc MISAEL P.
