October 31, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 60-73 SUBJECT : Loss of One Pad (50 pieces) BIR Form 25.24 (Official Receipts) Bearing Serial Nos. 7895101 to 7895150, Inclusive TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one pad, consisting of fifty (50) pieces of BIR Form 25.24 (Official Receipts), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 7895101-7895101 One (1) pad or fifty pcs. The above-mentioned Official Receipts were reported lost by Revenue Collection Agent Dominicano C. Laurena of San Jose, Nueva Ecija. He stated that said receipts were lost while in transit from Manila Collecting taxes due certain taxpayers. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Official Receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime, to prevent improper or fraudulent use and disposition. aisa dc MISAEL P.
