ENRIQUEZ, Provincial Treasurer of Rizal reported to this office that one piece of original Residence Tax Certificate Class A, 1974 with Serial Number 2127000 was lost by the Municipal Treasurer of Malabon, Rizal. This information is given in order that revenue officers, employees, chiefs of bureaus and offices of Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and others concerned may guard against its fraudulent use.
