October 16, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 58-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Stub (20 Unissued Sets with Original, Duplicate, Triplicate, and Quadruplicate Copies) Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form 25.24) Bearing Serial Nos. 3316931-950 and One (1) Stub (44 Unissued Sets with Original, Duplicate, Triplicate, and Quadruplicate Copies) Bearing Serial Nos. 3317457-500 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form 25.24), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 3316931-950 20 sets 3317457-500 44 sets The above Revenue Official Receipts were initially reported as lost by Mr. LORENZO RUELES, Municipal Treasurer of Titay, Zamboanga del Sur to the Office of the Treasurer, Pagadian City and the information relayed officially by the Administrative Deputy, Office of the Provincial Treasurer, in his warning letter dated August 17, 1972, copy attached. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts are found taking necessary steps, in the meantime, to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
