September 11, 2006 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 57-06 SUBJECT : Lifting the Suspension on the Implementation of Revenue Memorandum Order N o. 3 0-2005 Guidel ines and Pr ocedures in the Issuance of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to SEC Registered Taxpayers Pursuant to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in the Implementation of the Electronic Exchange of Information Among Government Agencies TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned The suspension on the implementation of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-2005 [ Guidelines and Procedures in the Issuance of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to SEC Registered Taxpayers Pursuant to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in the Implementation of the Electronic Exchange of Information Among Government Agencies .] by virtue of Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 19-2006, due to technical issues, is hereby lifted.
