October 9, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 56-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned SUBJECT : Resumption of the Issuance of the Original Cigarette Strip Stamps Under the P14.00 per M, Class (20's) Denomination P0.28 For the information and guidance of all concerned, it is hereby announced that starting today, October 9, 1974, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will resume the issuance of the original strip stamps for cigarettes printed by the Government Printing and Mint Agency of the Republic of Korea, under the repeat order contract. The stamps are serially numbered and the wording in the Wikang Pambansa: Tax Bracket Denomination Color P14.00 per M 20's @ P0.28 Amber on Blue Please give this matter as wide publicity as possible MISAEL P.
