September 3, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 55-79 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Four (4) Sets of Revenue Tax Receipts (CB Form No. CB RCO 02.02) bearing Serial Nos. 2146472-2146475, inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of four (4) sets of Revenue Tax Receipts, to wit: Serial No. Quantity 2146472-2146475 Four (4) Sets The above Revenue Tax Receipts were reported to the Officer-In-Charge, Revenue Region No. 4-B, Quezon City, as missing or lost, by ELEUTERIO C. JIMENEZ, Revenue Collection Agent, Las Pias, Metro Manila. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
