October 24, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 55-73 SUBJECT : Issuance of New Series of BIR 25.24 (Official Receipts) Series F Commencing with No. F 0000001, Revised March, 1968, effective October 24, 1973 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given that effective today, October 24, 1973 new Series of BIR Form 25.24 (Official Receipts) will be circulated to the public.
