Loss of Residence Certificate Classes "A" and "C"

November 24, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 55-64 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificate Classes "A" and "C" TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of residence certificates bearing serial numbers A-5453151-5453200 (50 certificates) and C-8374-8375 (2 certificates). The above stated certificates were found missing by representatives of the Provincial Auditor of Bulacan in an examination made on July 24, 1964 of the cash and accounts of Collection Agent Ricardo R. Vias who died on July 21, 1964. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
