August 22, 1989 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 54-89 SUBJECT : Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 48-89 Dated July 27, 1989 Relative to the Observance of the 89th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service TO : All Internal Revenue Officers Concerned On Monday, September 18, 1989, our regular flag-raising ceremony will be followed by the recitation of "Panunumpa ng Kawani ng Gobyerno" as a fitting celebration of Civil Service week from September 13-19, 1989.
