October 2, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 54-72 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Forty-Nine (49) Pieces of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24), Bearing Serial Nos. 4421552 to 4421600, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of forty-nine (49) pieces of Revenue Official Receipts, to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 4421552 - 4421600 Forty-nine (49) pieces (BIR Form No. 25.24) The above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts were first discovered missing by Mr. GREGORIO M. PANAHON, Municipal Treasurer and Acting Revenue Collection Agent of Carranglan, Nueva Ecija. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts is found, taking necessary steps, in the meantime, to prevent the improper use or fraudulent disposition thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
