August 30, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 53-79 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Sets of Revenue Tax Receipts (CB Form No. CB RCO 02.02) bearing Serial Nos. 2426388 and 2429190 Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) sets of Revenue Tax Receipts, to wit: Serial No. Quantity 2426388 One (1) Set 2429190 One (1) Set The above Revenue Tax Receipts were reported to the Assistant Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 4-A, Manila, as missing or lost sometime on July 25, 1979, by ARMENIO Z. ARGOTE, Acting Collection Agent, same region. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
