December 8, 1992 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 52-92 SUBJECT : Christmas Party TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees and Others Concerned In a memorandum dated November 24, 1992, Secretary Ramon R. Del Rosario, Jr. of the Department of Finance has informed us that President Fidel V. Ramos enjoined all of us in government to hold our respective christmas parties only on December 23, 1992, in order to avoid any interruption in the workflow within our respective offices during the christmas holidays. cd Attached for the information and guidance of all concerned is a copy of said memorandum. aisa dc JOSE U.
