TO : All Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form 25.24) 1970, to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 4301651 to 4301800-E 150 pcs. 4303801 to 4304000-E 200 pcs. The above Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24), 1970, of Valenzuela, Bulacan, were reported lost to this Office as per warning letter of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue dated September 22, 1972, attached. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned are requested promptly to notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime, to prevent improper or fraudulent use and disposition thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
