April 25, 2023 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 51-2023 SUBJECT : Lost Forty-Eight (48) Sets of Unused/Unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of forty-eight (48) sets of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt, bearing the following serial numbers: DETACa Serial Number Quantity ROR201400995780-ROR201400995800 21 sets ROR201401661124-ROR201401661150 27 sets The abovementioned forms were reported as lost by Ms. Gladdys Dawn T. Zuiga, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue District Office No. 91, Revenue Region No. 15, Zamboanga City, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
