August 11, 2006 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 51-06 SUBJECT : Loss of the Original Copy of Tax Remittance Advice (TRA) TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of the Original copy of Tax Remittance Advice with serial no. 736352 The above mentioned TRA was reported as missing by Mr. Wahab Y. Alawi, OIC, Chief, Administrative Division, Revenue Region No. 16, Cagayan de Oro City. Any transactions involving the use of the said form is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid form is found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same. cEAaIS (SGD.)
