June 22, 1999 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 50-99 SUBJECT : Submission of List of All Contracts Entered into TO : All Revenue Officials and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all revenue officials and employees, quoted hereunder is the Memorandum of the President dated April 30, 1999; "You are hereby directed to submit a complete listing of all contracts that have been entered into by your respective Departments, Agencies, GOCC's Subsidiaries or Local Government Units starting the 1st of July 1998. The listing must be arranged chronologically and contain information as to the contracting party, the subject of the contract, the date of bidding, if any had been held, the price, and the date of completion. The listing must be updated on a quarterly basis. Submit the same to the Legal Office, Presidential Management staff not later than the 30th of May 1999. (SGD.)
