September 25, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 50-72 SUBJECT : Loss of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information of all internal revenue officers, particularly examiners and internal audit personnel, there are listed hereunder, in summary form all revenue official receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) reported lost for the last five years. All revenue personnel are hereby instructed to be on the look out for the use of these official receipts. Any of such receipts discovered, used or unused, or presented as proof of payment for taxes shall be seized and immediate report thereof shall be submitted to the Commissioner Attention: Revenue Operations Head (Internal Audit) for immediate investigation. cdt Serial Nos.
