April 25, 2023 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 50-2023 SUBJECT : Lost Six (6) Sets of Previously Cancelled BIR Form No. 0427 Notice of Denial-Application for Compromise Settlement TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of six (6) sets of previously cancelled BIR Form No. 0427 Notice of Denial-Application for Compromise Settlement, bearing the following serial numbers: HEITAD Serial Number Quantity NDC201700007272 1 set NDC201700007288 1 set NDC201700007309-NDC201700007312 4 sets The abovementioned forms were reported as lost by Ms. Jessa Mae Luna, formerly designated as Revenue Officer I, Collection Division, Revenue Region No. 8B, South NCR, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
