December 19, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 49-67 SUBJECT : Repeal of Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 19-67, Re: Registration of Simplified Sets of Bookkeeping Records TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 19-67 dated January 17, 1967 is hereby repealed. The reuse of the simplified set of bookkeeping records prepared by Mr. Vicente I. Cruz, as revised by Mr. Jose I. Monton, a certified public accountant, had been authorized provided that the title thereof is modified to indicate the particular type or class of business to which it is applicable to conform with the requirements of Revenue Regulations No. V-43. If accordingly modified, the simplified set of bookkeeping records prepared by Mr. Cruz and as modified by Mr. Monton may now be accepted for registration.
