October 28, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 49-64 SUBJECT : Submission of Report on Manifested Logs and/or Collection of Forest Charges, Forestry Information Fund and Surcharges During the Period from July 1, 1959 to June 30, 1964, Inclusive TO : All Collection Agents, Cash Clerks, Deputy Provincial Treasurers and Others Concerned As recommended by the BIR-Forestry Coordinating Committee on Forest Products, and for the purpose of bolstering the collection of forest charges, forestry information fund and surcharges, all Collection Agents, Cash Clerks and Deputy Provincial Treasurers in all municipalities and municipal districts where there are no Collection Agents or Cash Clerks, and others concerned, are hereby directed to submit not later than December 31, 1964 to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, thru the Business Tax Division, a report, in triplicate, on all logs manifested in their respective jurisdiction during the period from July 1, 1959 to June 30, 1964, inclusive, indicating therein the necessary information as called for in the form prescribed for the purpose, a sample copy of which is hereto attached. All internal revenue officers charged with the enforcement of internal revenue laws are hereby enjoined to give this circular as wide a publicity as possible. cdtech (SGD.) BENJAMIN N.
