"We are pleased to inform you that we will be conducting another Management Aptitude Test Battery (MATC), the first stage in the CES eligibility examinations, on 8 December 1996. This examination is open to incumbents of CES positions, divisions chiefs in the national government and government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) and managers in the private sector. One again, may we request you to announce the schedule of conduct and our requirements for the examination to the CES incumbents and officials in your agency. Incumbents of division chief positions (with salary grade 24) in any national government office including government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC); The applicant must not be below 55 years of age at the date of the examination and must have three (3) years managerial experience; and c. Private sectors managers with three (3) years of managerial experience and not over 55 years of age. 2. The following documents shall accompany this form when filed: a. copy of appointment paper to present position and service record authenticated by the office personnel officer/certificate of employment for private sector applicants; b. a certification from the head of office/agency that the applicant has no pending administrative or criminal case/s against him; c. two (2) photographs, size 2" x 2", taken not more than six (6) months before the filing of application; and, d. an admission fee of THREE HUNDRED PESOS (P300.00) in cash or in postal money order payable to the CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE BOARD.
