Villanueva, Collection Agent of North Quezon City, Revenue District No. 30, had been cancelled and any official transactions involving the use of said form is therefore invalidated. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned receipt is found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
