September 2, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 48-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Issuance of the New Kind of Official Auxiliary Labels for Imported Distilled Spirits by This Bureau For the information and guidance of all concerned, it is hereby announced that starting today, September 2, 1974, new prints of BIR auxiliary labels for imported distilled spirits will be issued by the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau. The new prints carry the same wording and design but lighter in color. The only important new feature is that the labels were pre-serially numbered by the printer.
