HELEN CRUZ CALALANG, a municipal clerk assigned at the Office of the Collection Agent, Cainta, Rizal. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
