November 21, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 47-77 TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Set of Revenue Tax Receipt (CB RCO Form No. 02.02) bearing Serial No. 1313075 The Chief, Administrative Branch, Revenue Region No. 4-A, Manila reported to the Accountable Forms Division, this Bureau, that of the Revenue Tax Receipts requisitioned by said administrative branch, one pad had been found to contain only 24 sets with one set bearing Serial No. 1313075 missing. Internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipt is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
