Mr. SERGIO M. LICUDINE, Chief, Collection Agent of North Manila, Revenue Region No. 7, reported to this office the loss of fifty pieces or one pad of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24). That the above-mentioned official receipts were under the custody and accountability of Miss TERESITA INFANTE and Mrs. ARACELI EVORA, both of Office Audit Section of the same region. Internal revenue officers, employees, and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this office in case the above-mentioned receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
