September 26, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 47-72 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Other Concerned SUBJECT : Issuance of New Prints of BIR Strip Stamps for Cigarettes under the P3.75/M 30's at P0.1125 Classes It is hereby announced that starting September 27, 1972, new prints of BIR strip stamps for cigarettes will be issued by our Bureau to cigarette manufacturers. For the information and guidance of all concerned, the following are the descriptions of said strip stamps: TAX BRACKET DENOMINATION COLOR OF STAMPS P3.75 per M 30's at P0.1125 Crimson on Gray (Printed by Harrison & Sons, Ltd.)
