Lina as Acting Commissioner TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees For your information and guidance, there is quoted herein the letter, dated November 21, 1967, of the Secretary of Finance designating Deputy Commissioner Ambrosio M. Lina as Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue during the temporary absence of Commissioner Misael P. Vera: "In the interest of the service and in consonance with Section 553 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, and in view of the temporary absence of Commissioner Misael P. Vera, you are hereby designated Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue effective immediately and until the return to duty of Commissioner Vera from abroad." In connection herewith and during the effectivity of the Secretary's instructions, all papers and documents requiring the signature of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue shall be prepared in the name of the undersigned as Acting Commissioner.
