October 3, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 47-66 SUBJECT : Loss of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps Serial Nos. 3130001-3140000 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that Internal Revenue strip stamps under the accountability of the Collection Agent assigned at Aringay, La Union, were discovered missing on August 29, 1966. Reappearance of the said stamps will be taken as proceeding from illegal sources and the use thereof unauthorized.
