August 2, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 46-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, Provincial/City Treasurers and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of one pad (1) of Residence Tax Certificate B (BIR Form 9.02) bearing Serial Numbers 3608901-3608950, inclusive Serial Number Quantity 0590801-J One (1) set The above-mentioned Residence Tax Certificates Class B (BIR Form 9.02) were reported to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue by the Assistant Provincial Treasurer ISIDRO GARCELLANO of ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR to have been lost in transit from Manila to his office. Internal revenue officers, employees, Provincial/City Treasurers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this office in case the above-mentioned Residence Tax Certificates are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
