October 28, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 46-66 SUBJECT : Issuance of Surcharged Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes of Class P12.00 per M, Denomination 20's at P0.24 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that the present stock of internal revenue strip stamps for cigarettes of class P12.00 per M, denomination 20's at P0.24, printed by Thomas de la Rue, is exhausted. Another set of strip stamps of the P8.00 per M, denomination 20's at P0.16 surcharged to P12.00 per M, denomination 20's at P0.24, printed by Thomas de la Rue will be issued. The said stamps are surcharged with bold red ink and bear the facsimile signature of the Commissioner, "Misael P. Vera." Please be guided accordingly. (SGD.) MISAEL P.
