October 27, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 45-67 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificate Class "A" for the Year 1966 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) stubs of Residence Certificate Class "A" bearing Serial Nos. A-3067101-3067150 and A-3067201-3067250 on or about September 30, 1967 on the way from Pandan to Culasi, Antique. The loss of the above-mentioned residence certificates class "A" was reported by Revenue Collector NORBERTO S. PROVIDO of Culasi, Antique in his letter to this Office September 30, 1967. Internal Revenue Officers, employees, and others concerned should promptly notify this Office, in case any of those residence certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
