June 10, 1999 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 44-99 SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Sets of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) sets of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) to wit: Serial Number Quantity 5168849 M - 5168850 M Two (2) sets The abovementioned form which was reported as lost by FAISAL B. UMPAR, Revenue Computer Operator II and designated as Acting Collection Agent of Revenue District Office No. 107, Cotabato City, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. Internal Revenue Officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the abovementioned copies are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
