August 29, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 44-77 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Five Hundred Eighteen (518) pieces of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing Serial Nos. 4515001-4515119; 4515121-4515125; 4515128-4515481; 4515483; 4515485-4515500; and 5666578-5666600 Serial Number Quantity 4515001-4515119 119 pieces 4515121-4515125 5 pieces 4515128-4515481 354 pieces 4515483 1 piece 4515485-4515500 16 pieces 5666578-5666600 23 pieces Total 518 pieces The above Revenue Official Receipts were reported to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue as unaccounted for by the BIR Fiscal Control Officers who conducted the examination of the accountabilities of the late Bashier Bongcarawan, former Revenue Collection Agent of Malabang, Lanao del Sur. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned revenue official receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
