October 14, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 44-64 SUBJECT : Issuance of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes of the P2.50 per M class, 30's at P0.075 Printed by the Bureau of Printing for Affixture to Cigarette Packages Containing 30 Cigarettes Under the P2.50 per M Class, 30's at P0.075 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned In view of the exhaustion of the strip stamps for cigarettes printed by the Toppan Printing Company surcharged at P8.00 per M class, 20's at P0.16 and further surcharged by the Bureau of Printing at P2.50 per M class, 30's at P0.075, with the facsimile of the signature of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue under Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 36-64, effective September 1, 1964, notice is hereby given that effective October 15, 1964 a new set of strip stamps printed by the Bureau of Printing with green ink, in light hues, will be sold to cigarette manufactures for affixture to cigarette packages containing 30 cigarettes under the P2.50 per M class, 30's at P0.075.
