The above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form 25.24) were discovered missing in the Office of the Collection Agent of North Manila, as reported by the Director of Revenue Region No. 7. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this office in case any of the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form 25.24) is found, taking all necessary steps for the meantime, to prevent improper or fraudulent use and disposition thereof. aisa dc MISAEL P.
